Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a ride, but please cancel at least 2 hours before the selected time.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my appointment runs long?
For airport pickups, we track flights and adjust our time according to it. If an appointment runs long, just let us know, and we will reschedule the pickup time accordingly
Is someone required to accompany the passenger during the ride?
Not necessarily; many of our passengers can travel independently, as our driver also assists, but family members are welcome if they want
